Please note any dietary restrictions in your reservation. This experience can be made with vegetarian stuffing upon request with 48h notice with a tofu-based substitute.Unfortunately, this experience isn't suitable for guests with gluten allergies, as there isn't a viable flour substitute to make dumpling skins.Beverage Options
You may choose to purchase a bottle of wine from Chef Eddie's favorite Napa wineries for $30.BYOB is also welcome, and glassware is provided. A light red or creamy white is recommended for the dumplings!Parking
Chef Eddie's Kitchen is surrounded by free street parking on Fulton, Laguna, and Octavia Streets (2 hours before 9pm; free all day Sunday) as well as paid meter parking (map) . For safety, please put all visible belongings in your trunk.There's a paid parking garage two blocks away at the Performing Arts Garage.Young Guests
The minimum age is 15 years old with few exceptions. Younger guests below the mid-teens often need more attention due to the dexterity and attention required. Younger guests are welcome in private events with more information here.
Location
We'll be meeting and cooking in Chef Eddie's personal kitchen, conveniently located in the heart of Hayes Valley, San Francisco. Look for the Hayes Valley Trader Joe's and that'll be the same building!
Please note the rescheduling / cancellation policy requires changes 7 days before the session. The experience is fully refundable 7 days before the experience date. You are welcome to transfer your seats to others at any time before the experience starts. Rescheduling within 7 days of the event incurs an additional charge of $30 per person. Rescheduling requests will not be accommodated with less than 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy: Preparation for the experience starts several days in advance, and these policies help to partially offset the loss of ingredients and labor that cannot be recouped so close to the reservation.
